PEJU ADEYEMO

I am a Biochemistry graduate from Queen Mary University London, 2003 and Mastered in Pharmacology at University of Oxford, 2006. I went on to work in the Life Science industry for some years and later settled to start a family. I have always been interested in science that contributes to improvement of life and I recently graduated as a Physician Associate from University of Aberdeen in 2021. I joined Bangholm immediately after my studies. Physician Associates are not doctors, however we are trained in the same medical model as doctors. We are generalists, who consider patient histories, examine and diagnose conditions, alongside helping patients form management plans. We work under the supervision of a GP. My main interests are in elderly medicine, mental health and cardiovascular conditions.

GP Speciality Trainees (GPST)

We are a training practice, which means that we have qualified doctors undergoing further training to become a GP (a GP Specialist Trainee). When booking an appointment, you may be booked in with one of our GPST's. If you would prefer not to have an appointment with them, please inform reception at time of booking.
