Hearing can worsen with age. If you are noticing difficulties, you can book in with your GP to get a referral for a hearing test. If you already have hearing aids, please see below for some guidance on repairs and battery replacements.
Please contact Audiology by phone or email. If you are unable to do this, you can also send your yellow battery book to the address below.
Please post the faulty hearing aid to the address on the back of your battery book with your name, date of birth, and description of the problem.
The department will try and repair hearing aids on the day they are received. They will then be posted back by first class mail the same day.
